Please ensure, you submit all information that is required in order to enable our Support Team to rectify any issues you may be having with your Website, Mobile Application or Software Technology that has been custom built for you.
If you have taken out a service but NOT a support package, we highly recommend you do, as… Should you encounter any issues, your queries will be dealt with at no extra cost. If you do NOT have a Monthly Support Package. Tickets raised with no support will NOT be actioned and will need to be paid in full prior to any work carried out on your domain, website or mobile application.
Developer costs are charged by the hour and depends on the language that needs to be worked on. Support charges start from £150 – £350 per hour if NO Monthly Support Package has been taken out with SPL.
